Fabulous caring communicator
Well, what can we say about purchasing through Ronni Grevell. As renters we were treated like second class citizens (different agency). We expected similar treatment as purchasers. After all, isn’t it about the seller? However from our first inspection, Ronni treated us as newfound friends although we had not met before inspection. There was no hard sell, no competition, no pressure. Months later, when we made our offer, Ronni kept us in the loop with frequent communication. We first met Ronni as buyers in October 2016, when we bought our place in Samford Valley. Though clearly representing her sellers, as every agent should, we as buyers felt that we were in very capable and trustworthy hands. Ronni is a specialist in selling larger rural properties, and though our place in suburban Keperra was quite removed from her normal beat in price, style and location, she relished the chance to try something new.
