Since entering the real estate and property management industry in 2016, Erica has been driven by a passion for helping clients make informed, knowledgeable choices about their investments. Prompted by her early personal experiences as a tenant—and now a landlord herself—she possesses a unique, well-rounded perspective that allows her to understand both sides of the property equation. Erica approaches customer service by treating every property as if it were her own, protecting her clients’ most valuable assets with honesty, transparency, and efficient problem-solving.

A local area resident for the past four years, Erica was drawn to Craig Doyle Real Estate for its supportive team culture, commitment to work-life balance, and focus on personalized service. Professionally, she is a resilient, “firm but fair” operator who excels at multitasking and thrives in a collaborative, trusting team environment.

Outside of the office, Erica loves spending time outdoors with her beautiful family and their dog, browsing local markets, doing pilates, and reading. A lifelong learner with a diverse range of interests, she enjoys studying numerology, hopes to master the handpan, and is actively training for the 2027 Coastrek. With a great sense of humor and a loyal, independent drive, Erica brings both expert capability and a warm, down-to-earth energy to the Craig Doyle team.
