With 16 years’ experience as a paralegal prior to entering real estate, she brings a sharp attention to detail, a strong understanding of contracts and compliance, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to every challenge.
As Chief Operating Officer, Katrina oversees the day-to-day operations of Craig Doyle Real Estate, ensuring systems, processes and people are aligned so the team can perform at their best. Her focus is on clarity, structure and accountability, creating an environment where high standards are the norm and clients are well supported at every stage.
A Dayboro local since her teens, Katrina has raised her two children in the area and values the community’s grounded, country character. Her steady leadership behind the scenes ensures a smooth and professional experience for clients from beginning to end.
