I may not be extremely big but I am neat and tidy & quite cosy. I am getting new carpet throughout as well as new vinyl in the kitchen and dining area. I have also being freshly painted inside and am definitely worth a look as I am perched on top of the hill and have a beautiful outlook over the countryside.

My 3 bedrooms are all good sizes and I have 2 rooms with built in wardrobes, security is not a problem as I am fully security screened. My front patio runs the stretch of the front of this lowset home and my open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area gives a nice open feel looking out onto the front patio. I also have a fireplace for those cool winter nights. My laundry is a great size and I have a single car carport.
