A 4 bedroom Queenslander for only $300 per week. Just unheard off in today’s rental market. So you may ask what is wrong with the house….. Absolutely nothing!!

Perfect location in Mt Pleasant (approx 12km from Dayboro township) peaceful, quite and heaps of land and views around you and the best news is that you only have to maintain a good size yard.

This property is extremely well maintained with either eat-in kitchen, separate lounge and separate dining, all 4 bedrooms are very generous in size, enclosed L-shaped verandah and covered entertainment area to just sit back and relax.

2 car lock up garage shed is also included.
